We are pleased to announce that we will be holding an event at The Human Rights Action Centre, headquarters of Amnesty International UK, London, on the evening of Monday the 11th of November from 6-9pm.
We are delighted that both of our scheduled speakers will be joining us from Bhopal, via a live web link. The first will be from Nousheen Khan, a second-generation survivor of the disaster and speech therapist working with damaged children in Bhopal, and the second from Sathyu Sarangi of the Bhopal Group for Information and Action. The talks will be followed by an audience Q&A moderated by our guest Peter Frankental of Amnesty UK.
There will also be a screening of a short film, ‘Where Do the Children Play’, and an exhibition of photographs from Bhopal by acclaimed photographer Judah Passow. Tickets, as well as more information about the event, are now available on Eventbrite at the following link:
