Bhopal Gas Peedit Nirashrit Pension Bhogi Sangharsh Morcha or BGPNPBSM represents the rights of pensioners, survivors of the gas disaster, who have never received the justice they deserve.
They will have only ever received a pittance in compensation, if anything at all, which may have been just a couple of hundred pounds. The responsible companies have never been held properly to account and criminal charges remain outstanding to this day.
They have had to live the last thirty one years, since the disaster, amongst the toxic waste that was never cleaned up.
