The dossier and open letter below were first published after the naming and shaming of Dow Chemical CEO Andrew Liveris and board member James Ringler, along with the major shareholders of Dow, as they were awarded the International ethecon Black Planet Award 2014/2015 by ethecon –Foundation Ethics & Economy, in Berlin.
After the award presentation, not attended by Dow representatives, the dossier was re-published in an extended edition including a diatribe given by Dr. Mali Muttanna Mallappa from the Sambhavna Trust Clinic in Bhopal/ India.
